Marriage and family therapy Therapy Ties, LLC
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Adjustment Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder,

Introduction

I am licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a positive discipline parent educator, and someone who is passionate about helping strengthen connections between loved ones. I work with individuals, children as young as ten, couples, and parents/caregivers who feel stuck and are running in a circle as they attempt to raise their children within guildelines that differ from those they are familiar. Spending the majority of my time as a child therapist working individually and amongst the family system, I realized the important role parents hold on a child's progress and overall well-being. Through experience, maturity, and becoming a parent myself the passion grew to help connect parents and children.
