Introduction

Hi, my name is Steph and I use they/them pronouns. I offer telehealth as a mental health counselor licensed in FL, CO, and OR. Asking for help is vulnerable, I honor that you are searching for the right fit in your counselor. My approach to therapy is to be present with all of the parts that make you you, and to offer support and share tools to progress through your life. Each individual has their own path to travel, I view my role as a guide with a mix of intuitive and evidence based practices that facilitate healing & growth. I have training in somatic practices like EMDR, therapeutic Yoga, Focusing, and mindfulness; as well as person centered therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Trauma informed care is at the forefront of how I practice. The most important aspect of our work together is your openness and willingness to move through your process, with support. I specialize in working with LGBTQPIA+ folks, am polyam and kink aware.
