I am a therapist that believes not only in the how and the why, but also the "now what" of the healing process. I offer a multifacited approach taylored to each individual client targeting the negative effects of trauma, anxiety, depression and low self-worth. I am also committed to helping clients find healing and unity within their relationship by creating and environment of comfort, safety and understanding. I am trained in Brainspotting and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also focusing on healing attachment wounds and utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS) or "parts work" for trauma. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with my couples clients. I earned my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University in 2021. I am a husband and father of 2 grown children and active in both church and community organizations.
