Helping people improve their quality of life has been my passion and my work for more than 25 years. I have had extensive formal training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Helping people better manage their moods and behavior gives me great satisfaction. Providing a balance of acceptance and change is the way I approach my work with clients.
