I use my and long and varied educational and life experiences and to help shepherd clients like you through the complexities and challenges of midlife and beyond. My therapy toolbox includes incisive questioning, humor and compassion within a humanist/existentialist framework to guide you toward acceptance of the past, accurate assessment of the present and hope for the future.
