I received my Master’s in Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2019. Since graduation, I have specialized in Geriatric Inpatient Psychiatry while managing my own outpatient practice supporting clients across New Hanover, Pender, Onslow, and Brunswick Counties. This unique experience allows for an all-inclusive perspective in care from those experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Adjustment disorder, Bipolar, PTSD, and persons experiencing low self-esteem. I also have extensive experience working with caregivers for persons living with Dementia, Parkinson’s, and other health issues. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches all of which are based on the client’s needs. My custom approach allows each client to progress and improve self-awareness, and confidence while finding their truth, voice, and self-worth. I believe that we are all worth respect, dignity, and happiness. My goal is to support my clients while challenging them to step outside of their comfort zones as I believe that is when we grow.
