Introduction

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with current same week availability in person Thursday through Saturday. The therapeutic models I use most often are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also trained in evidence-based practices for working with children and families. I work with those struggling with depression, anxiety, traumatic events, grief, parenting and more. I believe we are all doing the best we can and with a little support and feedback we can continue to grow to be the person we want to be. Please note for my availability that availability for night appointments reflects my last appointment being at 4 PM.
