Introduction

Do you struggle with anxiety or depression? Are relationships and trust difficult for you to navigate? Is the past preventing you from moving forward or being at peace? Today many individuals struggle with pain in their life that takes many different forms, and many of them suffer alone in silence. I believe that clients need a safe and non-judgmental environment to begin healing. I work to build a trusting relationship with my clients and develop a treatment plan that is individualized to their specific needs. A client has the right to determine what issues they choose to address and to be a part of the decision for when discharge should occur. I believe all clients can find inner peace and healing once they have the right therapy relationship. Healing can take many paths. Come and find your path to a fresh start while finding inner peace and healing.
