Introduction

I help women who are pregnant, postpartum, or navigating early motherhood who are struggling with fear, anxiety, and intrusive & unwanted thoughts. Through an innovative blend of approaches, I help moms learn how to respond to challenging thoughts and emotions - to not only reduce the intensity and frequency - but to also help them build the foundation for lifelong mental and emotional wellness. I often work with clients who have tried therapy before and felt that it wasn't helpful, or that it didn't provide the challenge or depth they were looking for.
