Introduction

I am Susie Gilstrap, a licensed professional clinical counselor specializing in Catholic faith-based counseling to assist couples and individuals who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns and difficult relationships to learn the skills necessary to improve relationships, practice healthier boundaries, grow in confidence and self acceptance, and reduce conflict, anxiety and/or depression. My sessions are telehealth video sessions through SimplePractice and I am licensed in several states. Sessions are self-pay, however a Superbill is provided for clients to seek insurance reimbursement on their own.
