Introduction

Consider how your filter impacts what you are experiencing in life. When we focus on negative, worry filled thinking as our normal we feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and hurt. In order to feel better we have to throw that old clogged filter away and insert a new, fresh, healthy one. This requires noticing what our thoughts are, practicing ways to reframe them, setting boundaries for ourselves and using our support systems and outlets to reduce the yuck that has built up.
