Introduction

I believe in the power of connection as a healing intervention, this feeling that “someone gets me” allows for an opening to a deeper exploration of oneself. When this feeling is missing, we may experience uncertainty or self-doubt, face challenges in our relationships, or find ourselves stuck in unhelpful patterns. I bring warmth and compassion to our conversations and enjoy working with individuals who are interested in understanding more about themselves and how they move through the world. I am an LICSW with over fifteen years of experience working with individuals and their families. I practice a strength-based model where I collaborate with clients to discover a resiliency within themselves.
