I received my undergraduate degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas in 2015 and my graduate degree from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis in 2017. In addition to my education and experience, I am also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have a Sports Social Work Certificate from the University of Michigan. My therapeutic approach is supportive, strengths-based, and client-centered, and I believe in working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals. I have a strong emphasis on CBT and TF-CBT, as well as utilizing ACT and EMDR when appropriate.
