I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (MG61192676) for the state of Washington, serving individuals, and couples in Seattle. Clients who are typically drawn to me are high achieving individuals looking for support with anxiety, self esteem, tendencies toward perfectionism, work stress, and/or challenges in their relationships. Many of my clients have also endured challenging life experiences and are in search of relief, a greater sense of well-being, and perhaps a deeper, more connected relationship with both themselves and their loved ones. I approach my work with clients with the belief that while difficulty in life is inevitable, we have agency in how we process and cope. As your therapist, I seek to collaboratively discover healthy ways for you to weather life’s ups and downs and get you on a path toward the life you want.
