I believe a huge part of therapeutic success comes through a good relationship with my clients. My goal is to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. By incorporating a variety of therapeutic approaches, I aim to meet each client's unique needs and goals. With lived experience with OCD and professional experience in treating it (including "taboo" themes"), I bring a compassionate and understanding perspective. I enjoy working with clients who struggle with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias/agoraphobia, and self-esteem. I also have experience treating trauma, grief, dermotillomania/trichotillomania, and bipolar disorder.
