I believe we are all doing the best that we can given our life experiences and circumstances, while at the same time understanding the capacity we each possess to build and strengthen the skills needed to create the lives we want to live. I work on building genuine relationships with my clients and allow the relationship to be an avenue for change and growth. I have collaborated with clients experiencing complex trauma, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, life transitions, relationship difficulties, acculturative stress and more. I use an integrative approach to best honor each person’s individual needs and strengths. I focus on a relational approach, while pulling in elements of Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
