At Embody Deep Democracy (EDD), we are dedicated to exploring conflict as a catalyst for growth, transformation, and community building. Our mission is to create inclusive spaces where every voice is honored, fostering a sense of interconnectedness and mutual liberation. Our Philosophy Guided by the principle of Ubuntu—"I am because you are"—we believe that individual liberation is intrinsically linked to the well-being of others. This ethos drives our commitment to deep democracy, an approach that values all parts of ourselves and all viewpoints in the world around us. Our Approach We utilize process-oriented psychology, also known as Process Work, to address group dynamics and social issues. This somatic methodology emphasizes the importance of embracing diverse perspectives and experiences to facilitate meaningful dialogue and transformation. Our Services While our foundational principles remain steadfast, we have streamlined our offerings to focus primarily on coaching at this time. ***************************** Teresa Zea Leguizamón-Grant, EDD Founder - is a therapist, coach, and facilitator committed to helping individuals and communities navigate life’s challenges with authenticity and courage.
