Introduction

I’m a licensed Christian Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with those battling anger, depression and anxiety. Therapy is most often sought when these issues begin to deteriorate one’s relationships. Whether you are dealing with these issues yourself or on the receiving end, I have hope for a different experience for you. Offering my clients a safe and non-judgemental environment is my priority. The safety created in the connection with my clients allows them to experience their own true vulnerability and my acceptance. I work closely with my clients to learn where they are getting stuck and help provide new paths towards healthy relationships and personal freedom. As a Christian therapist I value my client’s spirituality and faith as an integral part of their healing. When we are authentic we will never be everyone’s cup of tea. This applies to therapists as well, specifically me! I encourage you to take the time to find the right therapist for this season of your life. I wish you the very best in this important endeavor.
