Here's how I can help: PARENTS: I work with overwhelmed and under supported parents on difficult child rearing journeys to help them stop living in survival mode and start thriving in life and in relationships. These difficult journeys can include autism spectrum disorder, physical or developmental disabilities, illness or emotional/behavioral needs that take a toll on individual caregivers and their relationships. COUPLES: I help couples break destructive relationship patterns by learning new ways to communicate and connect. CO-PARENT COUNSELING FOR DIVORCED/SEPARATED COUPLES: I help divorced or separated couples learn new ways to co-parent in a way that alleviates their stress and frustration while promoting the best interests of their children. DIVORCED ADULTS: I help individuals going through a high conflict separation or divorce or who are recovering from a relationship with a partner with narcissistic traits regain their footing and reclaim their sense of self. ADULTS: I help individuals create new ways of relating to themselves, through self-esteem building, exploration and understanding, and relating to others, through boundary setting and improved communication. Together, my clinical counseling background and my own life experience have equipped me to partner with you in finding joy again in your life and your relationships. Just like many of you, I have had to navigate difficult relationships in my roles as wife, mother, and even as a lawyer and small business owner. I know that sometimes you feel stuck and it can be difficult to see your way out of the cycle you’re in. It’s ok to take time for you.
