In my family practice, I often work with children, teens and parents following a meaningful loss, through the challenges of a life transition or a period of anxiety and stress. Many of my clients are processing grief and loss, which comes in may forms. I strive to create a space for clients to process and cope with life’s hiccups and celebrate life’s wins. Each stage of growth and development comes with a new set of unique challenges. I use an integrated approach to ensure I support my client's whole self and provide them with tools for sustained success. The most rewarding part of my work is watching my clients heal, develop a comfort with themselves and foster improved relationships. If you or your child is struggling to process feelings, has difficulty with peer relationships, is grieving or generally needing a warm and supportive place to land, I invite you to reach out to see if we'd be a good match.
