Welcome! I'm Tamarra, though many of my clients affectionately call me "Miss T." Since 2009, I have been dedicated to guiding individuals, youths, couples, and families through life's challenges with both compassion and clinical expertise. My approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic practices with a warm, intuitive presence, ensuring each client feels seen, heard, and empowered. As the founder and director of Optimal Relationships for Women and Youths Inc., I oversee our nonprofit organization. I work to uplift and support individuals in building resilience, fostering meaningful connections, and cultivating the skills necessary to navigate life's complexities with confidence. My professional counseling services are designed to meet each client where they are, tailoring therapeutic approaches to their unique journey. I am proud to serve as a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( Florida, Massachusetts & Maine), and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, providing specialized support in trauma-informed care, relationship dynamics, and personal growth. Currently, I am accepting new Telehealth/Virtual session requests and referrals for individuals, youths, couples and families.
