I am an active doctoral level Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) student, Georgia Board-approved Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Family Trauma Professional (CFTP), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICAADC), Master Addictions Counselor (MAC), Qualified Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (DOT-SAP and Board Certified Tele Mental Health Professional (BC-TMHP) I am dedicated to providing compassionate and professional counseling services to individuals, couples, and families affected by a wide range of challenges, including abuse, chemical addiction, domestic violence, mental illness, self-harming behaviors, trauma and CDL license suspension. My practice is committed to fostering healing and growth in a safe, supportive environment. I understand that everyone’s journey is unique, which is why I tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of each client. My extensive experience encompasses working with military veterans, active duty service members, at-risk youth, sexual assault survivors, religious trauma, correctional rehabilitation and members of the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring that I provide culturally competent care. I am trained in different therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy etc. I desire to “Lend a Hand Up” in order to help individuals, couples and families overcome pain and trauma while restoring wholeness, wellness, and recovery needs within a judgement free zone. In addition to in-person sessions, I offer Tele-Mental Health options for those who prefer the convenience and comfort of virtual counseling. My goal is to make mental health support accessible to everyone, no matter their circumstances.
