I wholeheartedly believe healthy relationships, empathy, and humor are the most powerful tools in helping clients experience lasting change. My goal is to journey with you as you learn, grow, and heal. I have a practical approach in which we work together to build skills that aid in reducing stress, regulating emotions, solving problems, and building healthy interpersonal relationships. I incorporate person-centered, CBT, and mindfulness techniques and will utilize the best approach for each client. I intentionally create supportive, nonjudgmental spaces that make it safe for clients to share their experiences and difficulties. I am passionate about helping people reach their highest potential and know firsthand the growth one can experience with quality therapy services.
