After suffering from the stressors of life and a series of choices made stemming from my hurt that didn't make my situation any better, I decided I was ready for change. I began seeking help through a church and then came to a point where I was able to help others in the same capacity I had been assisted. After helping others in this program at multiple churches for several years, it was evident that this was my calling and I decided to pursue my education in counseling. I know what it feels like to feel alone, lost, hurt, with a bleak outlook on the future. My goal is to help you process all of those painful areas that effect you on a daily basis and assist you in becoming the healed, assured, best version of yourself. I specialize in trauma, mental health and substance abuse and work with a wide range of clients. I am also EMDR trained which is a modality used to help trauma victims heal.
