Introduction

Hello, I am Tamra Ellsworth M. Ed., LCMHC. I have served a broad range of clients from children to older adults. The main population that I have worked with is adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I believe in a holistic view of counseling. This means that I look at the whole person, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, emotions, spirituality and relationships. I mainly use techniques from Restoration Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which means that we will work on thoughts and how they can influence our actions and emotions. I also use a variety of other methods depending on the client and his or her situation. Currently, I am also working with military personnel and their families.
