We all experience difficult times but we don't have to do it alone. In our sessions, I will provide an unbiased perspective to the challenges you are experiencing and encourage introspection using effective evidence-based practices. I believe that you are the expert of yourself and my role is to provide support, whether you're looking to heal from trauma or find solutions to problems. My approach is person-centered and family systems oriented. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Family Systems Therapy. I have experience working with individuals diagnosed with Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and PTSD. I support my clients by exploring past events that have influenced their current challenges as well as exploring effective strategies to manage their symptoms. I provide a safe place for you to share and process feelings without judgment. Therapy is a form of self-care that is so important, now more than ever. I want to be there to support you whenever you are ready to take steps towards your journey of healing or self-discovery.
