Tanya Kubista

MA, LMFT RPT Clearwaters Crosby
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADD/ADHD, Adjustment Disorder,

Introduction

I enjoy working with a variety of clients however I am passionate about adolescents. I feel I am able to make a more powerful impact with clients that engage in Experiential and play therapies and I feel most successful when I can measure positive change within families as well as for individuals. I have significant experience working with foster children and children that have experienced trauma. Play therapy is often my go to model, using creativity and play is energizing for the brain and in my experience reduces any intimidation a client may have with traditional talk therapy models. Any and all clients are welcome for therapy! However, I do not believe I am a one size fits all therapist. If I do not meet the client needs, I will strive to find them suitable care.
