You can begin to question your worth and value to yourself and others, and you can begin to see everything through the lens of those feelings. The ways in which you try to cope with those feelings are often linked to experiences in your past, and they are likely keeping you from creating the fulfilling and meaningful present you desperately want. My purpose is to help you through the therapy process with support and compassion, and to help to provide you the tools you need to create the life you want. Using an integrative approach, I help clients begin to identify and overcome unhelpful patterns, and begin to heal and create a more connected, intentional, and authentic life.
