My name is Tara Bianchi, and I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's complexities. A lifelong resident of the Seacoast, I am deeply committed to serving my community. I believe in the power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship, empowering my clients to uncover the root causes of their struggles and develop effective strategies for healing and growth. I earned her MSW from the University of New England in 2018 and have experience working in a variety of settings, including family resource centers, a private practice specializing in CBT, and Riverbend Community Mental Health. I specializes in supporting women, men and teens impacted by anxiety, depression, ADHD, boundaries or relationship struggles. By providing a safe and compassionate space to explore feelings, build resilience, and foster lasting change, I am passionate about helping clients reclaim their sense of self and create more fulfilling lives.
