I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping adults suffering from depression, anxiety, or are suffering the effects of a traumatic experience. I'm particularly passionate about helping new parents, working with women (and their partners) experiencing postpartum anxiety/depression, and supporting parents of children with special needs. My work focuses on addressing unresolved issues from the past that continue to impact the present, targeting ineffective patterns of behavior, and teaching skills to help with daily stress and distressing events. Maybe you are just going through a tough transition in life or are simply noticing that more often than not you feel down, on edge, or are avoiding things you don't want to avoid. If you're ready to invest in yourself to work on these issues, give me a call or send an email about setting up a consultation or appointment. I'm here to help you set and accomplish goals that will bring you closer to the version of yourself you want to be.
