All of life's obligations can leave you feeling stressed, sad, or overwhelmed— and sometimes you can’t shake off these feelings no matter how hard you try. With a little extra help, you can learn to quiet your racing thoughts, overcome these emotions, and begin to feel happiness again. I love working with individuals, teens and young adults to address issues such as anxiety, self esteem and relationship issues. I have over four years experience in both an educational and community setting. One of my goals is to provide a safe space to explore feelings and struggles that you may be going through, and provide support to achieve your goals.
