Introduction

Have you, or your teen felt overwhelmed with all of the things life has thrown at us these last few years? All of life's obligations can leave you feeling stressed, sad, or overwhelmed— and sometimes you can’t shake off these feelings no matter how hard you try. With a little extra help, you can learn to quiet your racing thoughts, overcome these emotions, and begin to feel happiness again. I love working with individuals, teens and young adults to address issues such as anxiety, self esteem and relationship issues. I have over four years experience in both an educational and community setting. One of my goals is to provide a safe space to explore feelings and struggles that you may be going through, and provide support to achieve your goals. I am so honored to help you on your journey towards mental wellness. I encourage you to reach out if you have any questions.
