Introduction

Over the past 15 years, I have worked with clients as they address the impact of trauma, challenging life situations, and grief. My clients have often faced some of the most difficult experiences imaginable, and our work together is focused on resolving these traumas, developing a better understanding of Self, and creating a more fulfilling life. This can often be done without reliving painful memories, but with a focus on releasing burdens and working toward internal integration and harmony. I have bridged my specialized training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with trauma-informed treatment models, specifically Internal Family Systems, to provide personalized care. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and spent 10 years working exclusively with trauma and bereavement with the Dept of Veterans Affairs. I am dedicated to creating a comfortable and personal therapeutic experience that is relaxed, non-judgmental, and focused on your concerns. It is my goal to help you discover skills and strategies that will aid you in daily life, find authentic healing, and build deep connections with yourself and others.
