Introduction

Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. I am an OCD specialist who also works with people experiencing BFRBs (skin picking & hair pulling), anxiety, hoarding, and trauma. Do you doubt yourself to the point where making everyday decisions feels impossible? Do you constantly overthink social interactions and replay situations that occur? Do you feel the need to repeat actions so that bad things don’t happen? Do you spend hours questioning if you are a good person, if you’ve made a mistake, your identity, or if your relationship is perfect? If any of this resonates with you in your search for a therapist, I may be a good fit to work with you. I've worked in mental health clinics and for online platforms and am licensed in both NY and NJ as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Hoarding (CBT), Behavioral Activation (BA), and Trauma-Focused CBT. I have a telehealth practice and have evening hours, I want to make therapy work for you! I like to use humor as well as mindfulness in my work and I have structured sessions where you will get to see the goals you set achieved. You'll walk away with practical strategies for how to manage daily life and triggers that naturally come up.
