I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in MO with 20 years of experience, with Education degrees from Bradley University (BSW) and Washington University (MSW). I have worked with clients with a wide variety of ages and challenges over that time, ranging from children through midlife. Those challenges often include the topics of parenting, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, adjustments/challenges in school and other life changing situations. When working with clients I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, positive, respectful, non-judgmental, and safe. I believe that by talking and building a good rapport, I can help you identify and process through, as we figure out what plan and path is going to be most successful and obtainable. My first goal is to make sure my clients feel heard and understood. We will work together to help you find and define a quantify able goal. My goal is to then help guide you down the path of success. I will assist you through email, text, phone or video calls in talking through what you feel is a challenge, and then help create a plan to help you achieve your goal. This is accomplished by continued success with achieving your obtainable small goals along the way. I consider myself a partner, cheerleader, support system, and fully understand that the world we live in right now has made life extremely hard. Especially when considering the navigation of how to balance mental health, school, work life, and parenting during the pandemic.
