I’m a licensed psychologist committed to providing high-quality care in order to help you learn about yourself and work toward your goals. My work focuses on increasing self-reflection, self-compassion, and emotional regulation skills in an effort to improve relationships and functioning for individuals, couples, and families. I believe in taking a relational and collaborative approach to therapy to create an affirming, safe, and compassionate environment for growth. As your therapist, I'm interested in understanding your various identities and how your unique experiences have shaped and influenced how you feel about yourself and how you interact with others. In addition to individual and couples therapy, I'm proud to offer the Circle of Security Program™, an attachment-based parenting group to help parents understand children's emotional needs. I also offer assessments for adults and adolescents including psychological assessments, AD/HD, and career/college-related testing. If you’re interested in scheduling an appointment with me, please reach out via telephone or the "request appointment" button and we can schedule a 15 minute consultation to see if it feels like a good fit.
