I am an Austin, Texas, native who is currently finishing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Edwards University. I received my Bachelor of Psychology (Summa Cum Laude) with a minor in Fine Arts at Texas A&M University. I will sit for the National Counseling Exam in April of 2023. Professionally, I have seen clients at the St. Edwards Community Clinic and in a hospital in-patient setting at Rock Springs Hospital. I also have a decade of experience working at a youth non-profit organization and 2 years of experience as a medical assistant in a holistic health clinic. I use a theoretical integration of humanistic and cognitive therapy to help my clients gain insight into their authentic selves and reach their therapeutic goals. I want every client to feel safe and free of judgment when we work together. My interests and specialties include trauma, self-esteem, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, gender-affirming care, sexuality, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns. Outside of the office, I enjoy nerding out with my family (including watching Marvel and Star Wars content), cooking, attending concerts, paddle-boarding, and traveling to new places.
