Introduction

I strongly emphasize on client oriented approaches by recognizing that all individuals come from various backgrounds. In order to accomplish desired life changes, the needs and goals of therapy are set by clients and my role is to support and guide in the process by modification of services to fit the needs of each client. My experience and areas of speciality include but is not limited to the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Relationship Issues, Challenges of Military Life, Veterans, Divorce, LGBTQIA+ Issues and Minority Issues. I believe at times we need direction when life can become overwhelming. Everyone has a story to share and everyone’s story is different. My aim is to help people create new chapters in their lives by helping them see that they can live the life they want. It all begins with changing how you think. Your life has a lot to do with your experiences, but it’s how you react to those experiences that will determine how you live. In therapy, we will work together to make choices that will lead us towards meaning and purpose, even when it's hard. By recognizing our own thoughts and patterns, we gain awareness to begin retraining the brain and making change. It is my life’s passion to serve others by guiding them through this process.
