I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor offering therapy in a cozy, quiet setting in Mid-City New Orleans. I welcome individuals and groups to share this space as we seek to bring about lasting change in your life. Often, people seeking help start by identifying the external changes that are needed- when 12-Step programs says 'people, places, and things' they mean it! This approach is tremendously helpful in stabilizing one's situation, but going deeper can be a confusing and sometimes upsetting process. I am here to help those who need clinical support navigating the internal changes they seek. I look forward to helping you truly embrace recovery. I have extensive experience working with the family members and loved ones of those struggling with addiction, as well as individuals in early sobriety and long-term recovery. Addiction affects the entire family system, and I support each client in their own unique healing journey.
