Introduction

Everyone deserves a safe space to express themselves. You are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey. My goal is to support you as you navigate life changes, whether it’s coping with anxiety, managing stress, addressing traumas, or handling significant transitions. While we can hold a mirror up to everyone else, looking at ourselves can feel overwhelming and nearly impossible. My goal is to stand with you and help you find that self-compassion. There is a profound sense of freedom and ease when we accept the versions of ourselves that have helped us navigate past challenges. Additionally, finding hope in the future versions of ourselves that are cheering us on can be incredibly uplifting. I’m passionate about integrating the mind and body in therapy to address challenges like anxiety, complex traumas, and life transitions. Through Narrative Therapy, you’ll reframe your experiences and discover new perspectives. EMDR and Parts Work utilize your body’s natural healing abilities to process past traumas and harmonize different aspects of yourself. As a military spouse, I offer understanding and support tailored to the complexities of balancing changes in personal and professional demands. Taking the first step toward therapy can be challenging, but it’s also incredibly empowering! I am here to support you as you reconnect with yourself and put yourself first. My goal is to create a space for you to remember how truly capable you already are. Fees and Payment Methods: At this time I am Out Of Network, and accept Credit Card, FSA and HSA. I also offer Superbilling! You can check in with your insurance regarding your OON benefits to see if this is a comfortable option for you. First Time Connecting?
