I have over a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults across a variety of clinical settings. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Approved Supervisor, I also bring a mind-body perspective to therapy as a 500-hour registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance and a certified Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F). My clinical focus centers on trauma treatment, particularly for survivors of sexual assault and family violence, as well as support for those navigating PTSD/C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief. I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. My work is always trauma-informed and rooted in collaboration, with a strong emphasis on creating a sense of safety and support. Whether through traditional talk therapy or yoga-infused psychotherapy, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can begin to heal the disconnection between mind and body that often results from mental health challenges.
