Introduction

My journey as a therapist started with an experience of crippling anxiety. For several years I was confused about what I was going through and what needed to change. After having a life changing experience as a client, I decided that I wanted to become a therapist and help people in a similar way that I was helped. Today, my purpose is to develop a strong working relationship and to offer supportive guidance to every client. I have a strong foundation in existential therapy while drawing from a variety of other therapeutic modalities. Most importantly, I work with each person to develop an individualized treatment.
