Hi, I’m Taylore and I’m so glad you found your way here! My practice is currently full but I do offer a waitlist. I specialize in partnering with individuals who are struggling with emotional turmoil, difficulty coping with daily life, stressful relationships & self criticism. I have extensive experience in working with others to improve relationship with self, cope more effectively, experience inner peace, & work towards the life that they want. I’m passionate about helping others identify the things that have brought them the most pain, how to cope with the pain in the moment, and how to utilize self compassion and acceptance. I am a seasoned DBT therapist & also utilize ACT, IFS, mindfulness, and self compassion-based practices. In session, I am focused on the wants and needs of the client, the importance of our therapeutic relationship, and emphasizing the importance of developing a trusting relationship with self to serve as an anchor for the road ahead. When you share, I will not merely listen and nod my head. I will partner with you to learn a new way of relating to yourself and your story.
