My primary therapy modalities include: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behavior Modification, Psychoanalysis, Spirituality, and Christian Counseling. Personally and professionally, I value life itself, and I understand the importance of protecting, enjoying, and living it to its fullest potential. My hobbies include reading, exercising, and playing volleyball. I support my clients by helping them explore and develop their own healthy hobbies that will allow them to destress, find peace, and overcome challenges.
