Introduction

"Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we'll ever do" - Brene Brown. Whether you are seeking relief from long-term distress, hurt, trauma, anxiety, or you just need extra support through a difficult time, you are enough, you are worthy, and you belong! In this journey my goal is for you to feel this is true for you, not just because somebody else says it is. I want you to feel empowered in life and be able to find the strength, light, and joy you have been searching for. Everyone is unique and expresses themselves differently. I use Evidence-Based techniques & modalities to provide you with skills needed to reach your desired goals. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, and believe in a strength-based approach, offering support, inclusivity & connection. I specialize in neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), anxiety, and trauma. We are complex human beings, a combination of our neurological wiring, culture, experiences, and the impact of everyone who comes in and out of our lives. That does not mean we are powerless in who we are and who we can become. I am here to walk with you on your path as you identify, awaken, and renew strength and qualities you may have forgotten you had.
