I enjoy working with individuals and families from all walks of life. I believe we all have a unique story and need a safe space in order to share and process that story. My passion is working with children, teens, and young adults, especially those who are often labeled as difficult, misguided, or troubled. I also love working with adults, especially those struggling with trauma backgrounds, attachment disruptions, and/or mental health challenges. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, ART, Brainspotting, and TF-CBT. I am a firm believer that in order to heal it, we have to feel it. I am also trained in Experiential Play Therapy and Filial Play Therapy. I have a furnished play room as well as an art station where we do numerous art therapy techniques. You will often find me covered in paint or slime! I have a social work background and am relationship based, meaning I believe the most important thing in the therapy room is the therapeutic relationship. I work very hard to make sure each individual that comes in feels safe and validated in this space.
