Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor for the state of Alabama with 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life challenges. I received my Bachelor of Social Work and Masters in Counselor Education from Jacksonville State University. I received my Education Specialist in Counselor Education from the University of Alabama. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Therapy to help clients gain insight and develop effective coping strategies. I focus om a Holistic Approach (mind-body connection) and together, we will work toward setting realistic goals and making meaningful changes in your life. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to guide you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
