Hello, my name is Terri A Scott, Clinical Psychologist, PhD, who has been in clinical practice 35+ years. I am also a yoga teacher since COVID. I strive to understand the background, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, of each client to incorporate healing practices. In my yoga and clinical practices, I provide breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation, anxiety reduction skills. Additionally, I specialise in coaching clients to have better relationship skills, create healthy boundaries and better communication. My approach is holistic and comprehensive in treatment modality to those experiencing grief and loss, trauma, hurt and pain. You are the expert in you!
