Welcome! I’m Teshauna L. Isaac, MAC, LPC Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, life coach, and Christian counselor, I integrate faith-based principles with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support individuals in their journey toward healing and wholeness. My passion for mental health and emotional wellness stems from a deep understanding of how trauma, adversity, and emotional wounds shape our lives. With a background in clinical mental health, reentry support, intervention, and coaching, I specialize in helping individuals struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma recovery, family conflicts, and self-discovery. Whether you’re dealing with past pain, current struggles, or uncertainty about your future, I am here to provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can heal, grow, and thrive. RCCC, I offer individual and group therapy, Christian counseling, and holistic mental health services that address the mind, body, and spirit.
