I aim to meet my clients where they are at with empathy and compassion. I create a safe and nurturing space to embark on their therapeutic journey at their own pace and work to give them agency to mobilize changes in their life. My approach is client-centered, non-judgmental, direct, friendly and trauma informed. I believe wholeheartedly that creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment is imperative when working with children, adolescents, and their families. I come with a strengths based approach and I work to give my client the agency they need to mobilize changes in their lives. My support is attachment focused, attuned, connected, and highly intuitive.
