I believe therapy is a voyage into the unexplored, bringing to life the parts of you that are waiting to blossom. Through supportive, safe, and inspired exploration, one can begin to give words to silences and feel meaningful and lasting connections with those around them. We all face challenges in the ebb and flow of life, but no one has to do it alone. I believe that you know yourself and your situation best, and my role is to be a fellow traveler through challenges, to support you, and help you navigate through the process of personal growth and self-compassion. I pull from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and person-centered approaches, and have also been trained in EMDR. During our first few sessions, we will work on developing a trusting and cohesive relationship as well as building a road map for your therapeutic journey. I’m passionate about creating a safe environment for you to feel the freedom to be authentically yourself; to allow a light to be shown on the internal turmoil that we all experience from time to time.
